A pleasant and well landscaped village like complex with many privately owned units which are often rented out individually. There are limited on site amenities and a car may prove useful for those who wish to venture to the beaches and surrounding sightseeing opportunities.
A series of long strands of sterile looking modern private grey and beige-coloured apartments with wide glass fronted balconies. The accommodation blocks are divided by extensive lawns and paths with wide roadways offering plenty of parking space.

A large lobby and reception area with limited seating is located just inside the arched entrance road. A functional looking restaurant looks a little lost with its simple furnishings, wide bar and floor to ceiling windows leading on to a terrace overlooking the pool.
The spacious and well landscaped grounds slope down from the entrance area towards the pool which is in a fenced area with a rambling water feature descending the hill towards it.
A children’s play area is well equipped and appears relatively safe and there is a good supply of loungers around the pool.
There are a few trees in the grounds that add some character but more flowering shrubs may make the property look more colourful and appealing

Set in landscaped rolling grounds off a relatively quiet road with a few shops and snack outlets located 200m away towards the railway station and marina from where a footbridge crosses the harbour towards the resort centre. Bus stop 200m.
