A sophisticated and classy 5-star beach front hotel, spread over a large area with charming gardens, water features, enchanting dining terraces and large pools. With a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere, it would suit all age groups.
Benefits include an all inclusive option, which is unusual for this standard of hotel and something to bear in mind given the general price of drinks in 5-star establishments, and the property’s out of town location.
Comprises 22 buildings spread throughout the grounds, all built in a well-presented fashion. In harmony with its environment, the property is built using local earth coloured stone which is complemented by the use of beige and pale lemon colours. Wooden trellising and terracotta roofs add some more character. The wooden and stone fronted balconies are a good size and decorated with flower boxes.

A grand marble staircase takes you to the main restaurant below, with its stately castle theme created by the large iron doors, stone pillars, wrought iron chandeliers and sophisticated leather seating. The vast restaurant leads out to an impressive terrace which is built over the lagoon with a further a la carte restaurant on another terrace, just opposite.
The welcoming spa has an indoor pool with thalassotherapy jets and a relaxation area with a glass roof, along with the usual spa facilities.
Lavish, landscaped grounds surround the property. The grounds feature an abundance flowers and plants, all which are individually named for the guests information, along with waterways with fountains are located at both the front and the rear, near the restaurant terraces.
The pools are extremely spacious and have walk-in entry for ease of access and an abundance of well spaced sunbeds. There is an appealing lazy-river type pool, that meanders through out the pool area, under bridges, through waterfalls with jacuzzis and caves.
The beach is shingle, although there is a manmade sand section to the rear that hosts the volleyball court, children’s playground and a pirate ship that has been transformed with slides and a climbing area. There is also a lifeguard on duty for added safety at the beach, along with an independent water sports and diving centre.

Situated directly on the shingle beach with views towards mainland Turkey, surrounded mainly by fields with a go carting centre opposite. There is a small supermarket and taverna 300 metres away, with greater choice along the coast road towards Kos Town and in the capital itself. Kos Town can be reached by a bus which stops outside the hotel every 20 minutes.
