A very basic young and lively property with the added benefit of a lively pool area that’s in a good location to access all resort amenities, but far away enough to be in a quiet location.

Exterior

Simple concrete blocks painted in lemon and mint. Tina’s 1 is part of the main building where the pool is located and Tina’s 2 is across a gravel-stoned piece of ground used for parking. Most rooms have balconies and these are concrete fronted with some ornate railings, although none has particular noteworthy views.

Interior consists on of a small area inside from the pool bar with a pool table and internet terminals.

Grounds

A large gravel car park occupies the space between buildings 1 and 2, with a lawned area to the side. Grounds are limited to the pool area bordered with some trees and a few flowerbeds. There is a volleyball net, basketball hoop and water polo nets for pool sports.

Metal steps access the pool. Next to the pool is a raised jacuzzi area.

A main feature being an old VW Beetle car filled with plants in one corner of the tiled surround. Limited space for sun-loungers around the fixed parasols.

The stone built pool bar with thatched roof is open 24 hours and serves a range of snacks, with a good-sized shaded terrace to the side.

Location

Area Type: Located on a quiet lane behind the Alabama bar on the main Faliraki to Lindos road that runs through the resort, with some other similar accommodations and residential apartments in the vicinity. A wide choice of eateries, bars and supermarkets are on this road with the very centre of the resort being a 600m walk. The bus stop with a regular service to Rhodes Town or Lindos and the water park is 150m away.
