Hotel Orient & Pacific, Lido Di jesolo Italy
★ ★ ★ ★
An acceptable off centre option, situated at the edge of a wide sandy beach with calm surroundings but limited local amenities. There is however, a regular bus service to the resort centre. The pool facility is closed each day between 12.30 and 15.30. It attracts an international array of guests who prefer a beachside off centre base.
Two sterile looking white blocks with a connecting corridor and gaudy coloured balconies. A wide and welcoming grey coloured entrance is approached up a set of steps.
Property type: Hotel

The interior is rather stylish but compact with a cluttered lobby area and corner reception desk. A long coffee bar is rather sterile in appearance whilst the restaurant is inviting and cheerful although there tend to be queues at the buffet during busy periods.
The flat and compact grounds overlook the sandy beach and accommodate a raised pool area and a few sun beds. There is also a sandy area between the pool and the beachside promenade, with a good supply of sunloungers and parasols with more available on the private beach area, near the shoreline.
Area Type: Towards the E perimeter of the resort, on a long wide square and surrounded by other smaller properties with a supermarket and a few local shops from 50 yds away. There is a rear entrance to the beachside promenade and a bus stop is situated 150 yds away.
Nearest beach: Immediate (Torino)
