A small, well-presented bed and breakfast property in an old building which was completely renovated in 2007. Situated very close to the historic centre, it has lots of character, with bright, ornate decor and personalised service. Offers a rooftop terrace with a small pool, fine views and a tiny indoor bar and basement breakfast room. A 10-minute walk to the seafront and sunbathing platforms.

Palazzo Guardati in the resort of Sorrento is on a tiny paved side alley, just off Piazza Tasso, in the heart of the town and historic centre. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants with a taxi rank and bus stop found a few metres away on the main town road. Lots of small shops are on the main road and in the old town. Mini-train tour stop is on the main square and the train station is a 5-minute walk away.
The nearest beach area is in Marina Grande, a fishing village and harbour on the edge of the historic centre. Narrow stretch of dark sandy beach, known as ‘Tony beach’, has wood-decked jetties and chargeable sunbeds and parasols. Access to is via public chargeable elevators from the clifftop above or by a 10-minute walk downhill from the main square.
Rooftop pool terrace has a small, square 5-metre pool with railed stepped access. A few sunloungers are available and there is a snack bar. Fine views over the town to the sea.
