A top-drawer designer, property that attracts discerning guests and plenty of celebrities including the Beckhams.
The individual accommodation units are secluded and secure with their own private pool and butler service.
Communal areas are both stylish and tasteful to the extreme, providing an upmarket and restful oasis with attention to detail and unrivalled service standards.
The romantic setting and subtle lighting of the interior provide a congenial backdrop for those seeking honeymoon style surroundings.
A pavilion like structure, with a serene archway greets guests to one side of a gravel car park.
The interior courtyard is an artist’s dream with soft pink coloured brickwork, irregularly arranged accommodation buildings and numerous majestic arches over narrow pathways.
The main communal building could easily be mistaken for a Sultan’s palace with its green tiled pyramid like roof and pillar lined terraces overlooking a tranquil, ornamental pool.

Quality and the extreme in style prevails throughout the spacious communal areas with a welcoming lobby, accommodating a discreetly placed reception desk.
Tall doors lead through to ornate lounges with deep sofas and plush carpets and a luxuriously appointed restaurant has slender pillars, sweeping arches and ample space between the pristinely arranged tables overlooked by sumptuous textiles and artworks. Fresh flowers add to the splendour.
A second restaurant has cushioned benches and low chairs for seating either side of a colonnade with views out to the lush gardens.
The feeling of luxury and wellbeing is portrayed throughout the flat grounds with many water features, places for rest and neatly arranged pathways connecting the accommodation areas.
With the villas enjoying their own private pool facilities there is little use for the communal pool but the pristine white cushions and towels are refined and attractively arranged and blend in well with the colourful shrubs, majestic palms and ornamental lanterns.
A long fitness centre accommodate the latest in equipment and a state of the art spa facility is almost a destination in itself, with its wide range of treatments and authentic but luxurious hammams.
Area Type: Surrounded by arid land and palm groves, in a suburb of the city, 12km to the east of the old town, set back from the main road that leads out towards Ouarzazate. There is very little around in the immediate vicinity that may be of interest to tourists, although the property offers a luxury courtesy transport service to the Medina area. Taxis can be requested at reception.
