An impressive, upmarket establishment, saturated in luxury and style, with an adjacent casino and spa that attract many non-residents. Communal areas feature many intimate corners and the appealing Berber/Moroccan palace architecture should not fail to impress, from the gleaming and inviting entrance area to the hand-painted ceilings with their elegant chandeliers.
The enviable location, midway between the new town and main Jemma el Fna Square is also a distinct advantage for those seeking the best of both worlds.
Pristine tiling and polished signs greet new arrivals at the main gates. An arched main entrance is stylish and ornate and the rear of the properties feature wide, sunny balconies, most of which have views through the trees to the pool and lush gardens.
There is a separate entrance for delegates who are attending the conference centre and 10 villas, located in the grounds each have the luxury of a private pool.

Palatial main lobby features tall, slender pillars and an intricately decorated ceiling. A small, intimate reception desk is discreetly located in one corner. Main restaurant features an abundance of white traditional architecture with majestic arches, carved domes and elegant pillars. Marble floors add to the splendour, as does the pristine tableware and attention to detail.
A piano bar has more of an art deco style but is sumptuously furnished with polished woods and deep red textiles. A theatre style nightclub is open to non-residents.
Spacious grounds are a haven of tranquillity with many secluded corners and a pool that is far larger than anticipated for the number of rooms. Plush white cushioned sunloungers are aplenty and a state of the art spa provides a wide menu of international treatments.
Pools belonging to the individual villas are also larger than normal for such properties. A series of Roman forum-like pillars rise from the main pool area and tall palms provide additional natural shade. Colourful plants and mature shrubs complete the scene, creating a peaceful, sophisticated setting in which to relax and unwind. A tastefully arranged alfresco bar and dining area are also available.
Area Type: Located 400m from the walls of the ancient Medina, in an area of exclusive properties, with a lower category sister establishment immediately adjacent. There are a few local restaurants, a bank and a few shops within 200m of the entrance and taxis and horse drawn carriages waiting outside the main gate.
