A pleasant, well established property, popular with British tourists who are attracted by the well landscaped gardens and state of the art spa. Communal areas are spacious and airy although it is surprising that many of the rooms have no balcony.

Gardens are a botanist’s paradise, with colourful shrubs and plants either side of wide, flat walkways. Comprehensive meeting and conference facilities are onsite but these do not normally cause any hindrance to the leisure guests.

Comprises a series of low-rise beige coloured of buildings with small windows and a wide, impressive main entrance. Flags adorn the frontage and attractive patterns in pastel colours decorate the doors.

Some ground floor rooms have a terrace whilst some of those on the upper levels have no balcony. Accommodation is divided into three wings (Atlas, Menara and Koutoubia) around the Andalusian garden.

Gardens are attractively laid out with a plethora of vegetation and flowers. Wide paths connect the various accommodation and communal buildings with a pavilion like structure providing style and character.

Pool is adequately sized for the number of guests and there is a good supply of sunloungers and parasols. Spa facility is especially well equipped with a wide range of international treatments.

Area Type: On the southern edge of the Hivernage district of the new town, behind the road that leads in from the airport to the old city. The famous Jemma el Fna, with its many juice stalls, storytellers and evening eateries is 500m to the east, beyond the city walls. Taxis wait outside the main gateway and horse drawn carriages can be hired along the street.
