A middle market traditional property, on the northern edge of the resort, behind the busy beach road. The large communal areas lack charm or style and the pool area may become cluttered when the property is full. A relaxed atmosphere prevails and there are shops off the foyer selling necessities and souvenirs. The sunny balconies are an advantage for some and the grounds rarely suffer from any external noise.
Attracts a mixed international crowd who prefer the less sophisticated end of the resort, near the exit road to the port and Essaouira.
On a side street, off the inland side of the main coast road, at the north end of the resort, towards the port area. There are a couple of other accommodation properties in the immediate vicinity along with a row of offices and car hire outlets. The main area of shops and restaurants is 800m along the road. Bus stop 80m.
The start of the main town beach is located across the road, 180m away and there is a limited supply of sunloungers and parasols for daily rent. There are also a couple of snack outlets available.
A freeform pool with a good supply of sunloungers and parasols is located behind the building and is fairly well protected from any prevailing winds. Palms and shrubs offer some natural shade.
