A stylish, upmarket looking property with well-presented and tastefully restored communal areas in a relatively accessible area of the medina. The authentic decor provides a traditional ambience with slender pillars and majestic arches. The roof terrace has a small number of loungers and seating. The small annexe across the street called the Dar Amina has four additional rooms. Handrails and provision of ground floor rooms off the courtyard may appeal to less agile travellers.
Attracts many French guests but English is spoken by the staff.
In the northern section of the medina area, with many local businesses and residential buildings in the vicinity. There are many local Moroccan style shops in the surrounding streets and the relatively flat walk to the souks and Jemma el Fna takes around ten minutes. There is a local cinema 100m away and a taxi park 50m from the entrance.
The famous Jemma el Fna is reached by taxi or walking through the narrow passages of the souks. The ancient Taghzout area with its market, hammams and mosques is 200m away and the Marjorelle Gardens 500m to the north.
No pool onsite.
