A well-arranged boutique style riad which is full of style and character. The courtyard is popular for lunch and the original features and decor add some local charm. The markets and main sights of Marrakech are a flat walk away. Attracts a wide variety of nationalities although there is a significant French influence, as with most establishments in the destination.
Attracts French and other European couples seeking an easily accessible base in the northern section of the medina.
To the north of the medina area, 50m from a busy street with rows of local shops and business all around. Taxis stop 40m from the entrance and there are a few restaurants, snack outlets and tourist shops from 150m away. The main souk area, with passages leading through to the Jemma el Fna is 150m to the south.
The Jemma el Fna is 400m to the south with the Koutoubia Mosque 200m further on and the Kasbah 500m further south. The Marjorelle Gardens are 500m to the north, outside the old city walls.
A central courtyard has a small pool that is too small for swimming. There are formal tables for breakfast and evening meals on the surrounding tiles.

A hammam facility is also used for massage treatments. An ornate dining room and the courtyard are popular for dining by candlelight.
