Accessible and authentic riad, with a cosy atmosphere, located in the southern area of the medina with taxis close to the entrance. There is plenty of local activity, giving a true flavour of Moroccan life. The architecture and decor are stylish and elegant.
The property is often referred to as the baby sister of the larger more ornate Ksar Anika, which is just outside the old city walls.
Attracts tourists from all over Europe, including an overflow from the Ksar Anika. Popular with mature couples who appreciate the easy access and the relatively unhindered walk to the main sights.
On a corner near the Place des Ferblantiers, 400m from the main bus stop and 50m from a taxi rank, A small mosque is opposite and a passage leads through to the jewellery market and a host of spice shops. There are a few restaurants and snack outlets within 100m and the many amenities of the Jemma el Fna are 300m to the north.
Wide range of small artisan shops are located in an adjacent street and the Koutoubia Mosque is 350m away, towards the Mamounia Hotel. Many stalls and sights of Jemma el Fna are 300m away with the narrow alleyways of the souks and medina behind.
