A well-established, respected luxury riad with ornate courtyards, attention to detail and much emphasis on personal attention and service. The temple style seating on the second floor is particularly inviting and there are views over the medina and skyline from the roof terrace. Guests are impressed by the relatively easy access to the main sights, many of which can be reached on foot.
Popular with discerning British guests and other Europeans.
In the southern section of the medina, amongst a vast collection of other establishments with flat and relatively direct access to the Jemma el Fna. A street lined with small shops is 75m from the entrance and there is a variety of restaurants within 150m. Taxis wait 150m to the south near to the Place des Ferblantiers.
Many of the main sights, including the Royal Palace, Kasbah, Jemma el Fna and Bahia Palace, are within 300m of the entrance. There are numerous hammams of various standards in the vicinity and the Koutoubia Mosque is 400m to the north west.
A minuscule plunge pool is located on the second floor and has a couple of sofa-like loungers on its very narrow ledge-like surround. A large patio is located on the rooftop.

A temple-like pagoda is located in a cool spot for reading or board games and there is a small hammam with massages on demand.
Access & Mobility*
The many stairs and narrow entrances are not suitable for wheelchair-users but there are handrails on the access to the first floor rooms.
