A calm and peaceful haven in the corner of the Medina for those who wish to relax and unwind in authentic Moroccan surroundings, either by the tiny pool or on the wide roof terrace. There is plenty of local activity in the immediate surroundings and the ancient souks start from ¼ ml away to the S.
A plain dark pink coloured wall, situated at the end of a narrow alley with an arched lobby area and fountain signalling the discreet wooden entrance.
Property type: Hotel
Balcony/Terrace: Some rooms
Built Year: 1998
The spacious and well-designed interior has many original and carefully restored features linked by many narrow staircases and small alcoves. Seating in the narrow lounges is on low thickly cushioned sofas with low round tables. Dining is possible in any of the communal areas or on the roof terrace.
A wide roof terrace has a couple of pagodas, a good supply of easy chairs and sunloungers with views over the city towards the many minarets and the distant Atlas Mountains. The inner courtyards are particularly inviting and cool and a small pool occupies one discreet area but has very little space for relaxation on its surround.
