A relatively quiet and amenable property that shares its facilities with its two neighbouring sister properties. The complex operates well as a base and appears efficient, especially as there are dining facilities as an alternative to the self-catering. The interior decor and furnishings are inviting.
A tall pink and beige tower block like building with protruding balconies and wide windows. A path leads up the side of the building to the road above and the main entrance is shared with the adjacent Estralicia property.

The interior has rather small communal space compared with the neighbouring operations, but facilities are shared between the three buildings.
Light wood panelled walls provide some warmth and cheer and the lounge area has comfortable brown coloured sofas and a few plants adding some character. Guests share the restaurant and bar of the adjacent property, to which there is direct, covered access.
A raised grass area accommodates a supply of blue and white coloured sunloungers and parasols are available on request. The lower pool area has an adjacent children’s play area and a further limited supply of furnishings. A spa facility is also open to non-residents.
Area Type: In a slightly raised location, overlooking the Lido area and the strand of properties that skirt the coast. There are two sister apartment buildings in the same complex, the Buganvilia and the Estralicia, with which many facilities are shared. A small car park is located alongside the buildings and there is a courtesy bus serving all three blocks which operates on a first come first served basis.
