Middle market property in the new town area in a traditional Berber style. All areas appear to be well maintained although some are a little dated.
Mostly French guests although the location and pool make this a popular choice for British holidaymakers.
Towards the southern perimeter of the new town area, amongst other modern properties on a wide and leafy avenue, 800m to the west of the Koutoubia Mosque. Taxis wait outside the entrance and horse drawn carriages are 100m away. There are a few local shops, an ATM machine and some smart eateries 200m towards the Medina.
The Jemaa el Fna is 880m away, with its markets and narrow streets lined with shops stretching beyond. The Menara Gardens are 1km away in the opposite direction towards the airport.
Large, sheltered pool monopolises the grounds which are overlooked by the accommodation. Lush plants and trees provide some natural shade and there is a good supply of parasols and comfortable sunloungers.
Leisure & Entertainment
Small spa facility with massage treatments is available during the day. There are occasional folklore and musical events in the evenings in the high season.
