A white painted, rectangular block with a narrow off street entrance, recessed balconies and a row of shops at the ground floor level. Most of the communal areas are at a lower ground level and walkways to each apartment stretch along the rear of the building, overlooking the road way and its many parking spaces.
An enormous family orientated operation which attracts an international following who appreciate the wide range of facilities, the large pool and the extensive grounds. Many of the apartments enjoy sea views and others look out over the rolling grounds.
The impressive array of communal areas, including a drinks store and a well-equipped spa make this a popular choice for those seeking a well-equipped semi self-catering option.
A long swerving, beige coloured, concrete building with bands of recessed balconies and staged levels at each end. Glass panelling skirts the ground floor and there is an impressive drive up canopied entrance with a modern sculpture display close by. A central tower breaks any monotony and provides a focal point.
Property type: Aparthotel
Built Year: 2001
Exterior: Curved Building
The lobby has a rather low ceiling and sturdy pillars as well as a massive wood panelled reception area provide a warm welcome. A large shop sells a variety of goods as well as essentials and residents and non-residents use a wine shop alike.
A wood panelled bar is particularly spacious, with its curved counter, and has a large entertainment area which tends to appear under utilised during the day.
The main restaurant is particularly airy, with its large buffet area and well spaced tables. Most communal areas enjoy a view, through floor to ceiling windows, out over the pools and garden.
The grounds are primarily given over to well maintained lawns with plenty of attractive vegetation and swaying palms. A peaceful looking bridge crosses the swimming pool and children have the use of a larger than normal splash pool.
Tired lawns stretch down towards a perimeter fence and accommodate a good supply of sun-loungers to complement those already on the pool surround. Two pleasant looking snack/drink counters have thatched canopies and plenty of shade and seating.
Area Type: On a corner of the resorts main dual carriageway and a road leading down towards the sea, with a service road leading off at one side towards other smaller self-catering options and a row of shops, bars and restaurants. There are plenty of amenities in the surrounding area, including a well stocked supermarket. Buses frequently stop 100m from the entrance.
